I am a certified massage practitioner (CMP) I attended a massage therapy school in Thousand Oaks CA and graduated with my initial certification in January of 2001.

I enjoy sporting events, concerts, and theater shows. Promoting a healthy lifestyle and the benefits of massage is something that has always been important to me. I was a competitive gymnast at a young age and through that sport I learned the importance of taking care of the physical and emotional aspects of my life. I believe massage is a vital part of nurturing the physical body.
